The career
From the bank's desk to yours.
Gareth started his lending career as a mobile mortgage manager, working across two of New Zealand's major banks.He saw what worked, what didn't, and which loans got declined for paperwork reasons that nothing to do with the borrower.
In 2012 he moved to broking. The brief he gave himself: take the stress out of buying a home. Read the bank policy so the client doesn't have to. Pick the lender that actually fits. Be the person who answers the phone when something's changed.
That's the way it's worked ever since.
