The role

The person between the messy and the approved.

Most home loan applications fall over not because the borrower can't afford the loan, but because the application doesn't tell the bank what it needs in the order it needs it.

That's Hayley's job. She takes everything Matt and Gareth collect — payslips, statements, KiwiSaver, the story behind the numbers — and packages it the way credit teams want to see it.

The result is fewer "can you also send us…" emails, faster approvals, and clients who don't lose sleep over whether their application is moving.

Background

Two decades around mortgage paperwork.

Hayley started in the mortgage industry in 2005 and has been around home loan applications, in one form or another, ever since.

Outside the office

A few non-work facts.

Country music, squash, and a glass of wine that's earned.

Got an application question?

Hayley keeps things moving.

If you're an existing client and want to know where your file is at, email Hayley directly and she'll get back to you.

We work with all of these — so you get the right lender, not just any lender
